I’ve spent nearly two decades inside email: from scrappy startups to high-volume, global senders. Today, most of my work is collaborative with platforms and teams who care about how email is positioned, understood, and talked about… not just how it performs.
That includes shaping industry conversations through events, content, and community — creating space for the kinds of conversations practitioners don’t usually get to have out in the open. Alongside that, I advise teams on how they want to show up in the industry… not just what they say once they’re there.
I’ve worked deep in deliverability — authentication, reputation, filtering — but the work that matters most is helping teams step back, think more clearly, and be more intentional about the impression they leave.
