Email Deliverability Roundtables

Honest conversations with fellow email nerds… the kind we crave deeply but don’t usually get to have in public.

Because sending email is easy. Right? Yeahhh, not so much. Let’s talk about it.

So, what’s this all about?

Glad you asked. I’m kicking off some practitioner-focused deliverability roundtables and gathering interest so we can gather the troops and pick dates.

These are off-the-record conversations for people who work in email and want to talk candidly about what’s actually happening in inboxes right now. No sales pitches or vendor decks. No slides at all!

Just real-life challenges and experiences, shared in a safe virtual space.

If you’ve ever read a #DearEmail post and thought, “Yep… but it’s so much more complicated than that,” these monthly conversations are probably for you.

How it works

  • Monthly 1-hour sessions

  • Small groups (around 15–20 people)

  • One theme per session, with a few prompts to get things going. Free-flowing group discussion after that.

  • I facilitate to keep things moving, attendees bring the email insights.

  • No recordings. No spammers.

Just a friendly judgement-free space to connect with likeminded individuals to discuss real-life challenges reaching the inbox.

Who it’s for

  • Deliverability practitioners (brand-side or ESP-side)

  • Consultants and advisors

  • Marketers who want to understand the why, not just the rules

  • Anyone comfortable listening, learning, and talking in a room full of email nerds. (Participation strongly encouraged, but not required.)
